The Joint Committee on Human Rights (JCHR) can take evidence in regards to remedial orders or a treaty subject to the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010.
Scope note: It is possible for the JCHR to hold evidence sessions before or after the overall committee reports. These will be listed in the Select Committee section of the Vote.
