European Statutory Instruments Committee (ESIC) agreed that the instrument should follow the negative procedure

The European Statutory Instruments Committee, under the remit of Schedule 7 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, agreed that the appropriate procedure for the instrument is for it to be subject to annulment. The committee was active from July 2018 until the 29 May 2024 when the 58th Parliament was dissolved.
