The Secondary Legislation Scrutiny Committee can publish additional information once they've considered and made a decision on an instrument. Following oral evidence sessions about an instrument, the committee may choose to publish a summary of the oral evidence.
Scope note: Summary of oral evidence by the SLSC will be published as part of their weekly report if they choose to do so.
