House of Lords

A step of type Business step.

Librarian notes

Scope note: Oral questions in the Lords have only been tabled once to do with the negotiation stage of a treaty. However, a question could occur at any stage of a treaty's procedural life in the House. If another arises, the step label may change to something more general.
