The International Trade Committee (ITC) can make a number of recommendations to Parliament about a treaty subject to the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 including, but not limited to, that the treaty should not be ratified, that a debate be scheduled or that the objection period should be extended.

Scope note: The International Trade Committee may make several recommendations on a treaty to the Houses but it is up to the Members to take up any of the recommendations.
