Question on a motion that the treaty should not be ratified put

In the House of Commons, Members can table a motion to not ratify a treaty subject to the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 procedure. A motion to not ratify, if tabled and passed within 21 days (Period A - subject to extension) of the treaty being laid, could delay ratification due to a second period (Period B) of scrutiny starting.
