The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee (EFRA) can make a number of recommendations to Parliament about a treaty subject to the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 including, but not limited to, that the treaty should not be ratified, that a debate be scheduled or that the objection period should be extended.
