Bill to be printed and ordered to be a read second time Procedures

A step of type Business step.

Once the Bill has been read the first time without any question being put, it shall be ordered to be read a second time on such day as the Member presenting it shall appoint, and shall be ordered to be printed.

There are 2 procedures.
