Super-affirmative pre-approval period ends Clocks

A draft legislative reform order under the super-affirmative procedure must lay before the House for 60 days. During that time the relevant committees can take evidence and report their findings on the instrument. Representations can also be made. At the end of the 60-day period, the minister must make a statement stating whether any representations were made and the draft order can be approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
